London, August 29, The Russian Ambassador, in London, is in communication with Lord Roseberry regarding the Pamir dispute. The Chinese Ambassador in London is proceeding to St Petersburg to demand an explnnation of the Russian action. Hong Kong, August 27. The Chinese Minister in Berlin has been instructed to proceed to St. Petersburg to demand the recall of General Yanoff's expedition.
