Bangitikei road, Mr Keene to Mrs Martin, No 4, £40. Ashurst, 75 acres, Mr Jno. Farrell to Mrs Trask, £622. Linton street, 26 and 27, 1 acre, Mr Bassett to Mr Bryant, £100. Hospital road, 3$ acres and cottage, Mr Griffin to Mr Lockhead, £180. Andrew Young street, No. 22 building site, Mr A. Young to Messrs Anstee and Griggs, £45. Bangitikei Line, section No. 43, Mr Eeene to Mr Olsen, £20. It may be remarked that the almost incessant rain of the last four weeks has prevented intending buyers from inspect* ing country properties, but with improved weather the usual brisk demand for land may be anticipated. — Times.
