Mklhourse, July 13. Sir Graham Berry states that it cost Victoria £'880 to bring Deeming to justice. Mr J. Munro, Agent-General for Victoria in London, when in' the colony, acted as trustee to the La Rose estates which he sold for L 25.000. Tho estates were subsequently re- purchased hy the Real Estate Bank for LS4.WJO. Th • legatees have issued a writ against the trustee* for alleged breach of trust, claiming L2S,<XX) damages.
