FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) We have had very cold weather and heavy rains, roads a*a getting bad. The road into our township being impassible. Cattle are falling of in condition, and the settlers are trying to sell sheep on account of the scarcity off feed, but owing to the drop in prices they are trudging very unwillingly to market. Though we have heard of the prevailing sickness among the children, we have, fortunately, escaped anything more severe than colds.
