Quadrille assembly in the Foresters Hall to-morrow evening. Air Milson, bookseller and stationer, is offering some special lines in fancy note paper, invitation cards, &c. Leng Kee announces that he is nowselling groceries, crockery, fancy goods, and at the lowest prices for cash. A brake will leave Mr Gay's Empire stables at 4.30 pm. for the dance at Birmingham on Friday nest. Tenders for a suburban residence will close with Mr G. 0, Hill, architect, on Friday next. Mr A Eade, of the Corner Furniture Warehouse, announces that he has for sale sashes nnd doors (all sizes). He is also prepared to cut glass to any size. To-day Mr Thomas Ballinger of Wellington, advertises new arrivals in galvanised iron, spouting, ridging, artesian well pipes, &c,. &c. His advertisement will be found on our fouith page. Mr Edward Giesen advertises that he has to let twelve acres of good land for cropping, Apply Corporation office. Mr Giesen has also two or three good sections for sale on easy terms. A first class piano is advertised for sale. It is now on view at Messrs Stevens and Gorton's in Fergusson street. Tenders are invited by Mr Walter Clapham, of Eiwitea for felling 100 acres of bush in the Feilding Block, Apiti. We have the pleasure to announce the arrival, ex Tekoa, of our second direct shipment of seasonable and fashionable drapery, comprising 17 cases and bale 9 for all departments, We invite inspection of lhe goods, and comparison of lhe pricos at the Bon Marche.
