(pee peess association.) London, June 1. The Derby was run to-day at the Epsom Summer Meeting and resulted as follows : — The Derby Stakes, of 6000 soys, the winner to receive 5000 soys. About one mile and half (265 subs). — Lord Bradford's eh c Sir Hugo, by Wisdom— Manoeuvre, 1 ; Baron de Hirch's br fLa Fleche, by St. Simon—Quiver 2 j M. Blanc's b c Bucentaur, by Saxifrage — Venise 8. Sir Hugo started for the Derby at 40 to 1. He won, after a desperate struggle; with La Fleohe, by three-quarters of a length, one length separating the Becond and third horses. Tune, 2min 44sec.
