Sheep.— Forward wethers, Us to 12s ; well-bred ewes in lamb, 10s .lldtb 12s sd; old ewes in lamb, 5s lOd to 7s; woolly lambs, 7s to 8s 9d ; wellbred wether lambs, 7s 4d to 7s 6d, Weaner pigs, 4s to 5s 6d. At our Feilding, sale yesterday over 10,000 sheep were yarded and 50 or 60 cattle. The supply was greater than the demand except in the case of good sheep which found a ready sale. . Old ewes and culled lambs were hard to quit. The following were the, prices ■:— Cattle.— 3-year old steers, £3 10s to £4 os ; weaners, 265; 2-year steers, £2 17s. Sheep.— 2-tooth wethers, 10s lid to 11s lid; forward wethers, 12s 6d to 12s 8d ; 2-tooth ewes, 11s 1 6d to 13s 7d; ewes in lamb, 5s to 10s lOd ; woolly lambs, 6s . to 9s ; shorn lambs,, 6s 6d to. 7s 6d.
