Washington, April 29. The Republican State Convention has nominated President Harrison for the Presidency. The Bohnng Sea arbitration will be ratified by both parties in London next week. Zanzihak, April 29 Etniu Pasha is ill, und is returning to the coast. His oxpedition has been decimated by famine and disease. Herat, April 29. The villagers aronnd Herat and Bannar are irrated at the oxxtrages committed by the Ameer's soldiers. They attacked and severely defeated them.
