Messrs Leary and Co.. of Wellington, report for the past week ns follows : — Gbaix. — Wheat : Values have under* gone no alteration since our la9t report. Operations are only on a limited scale and confined solely to primest milling samples. We have quitted a few small parcels during the week at our quotations. Prime milling is worth 3/11 to 4/1 : medium to good 3/9 to 3/10; fowls' feed 3/3 to 3/6. Oats.— Considerable business has been done at last week's rates. A fair sized shipment has been sold to arrive per "Elizabeth," dne here in a few days from the South. We quote bright, stout feed up to 1/11 ; ordinary 1/8 to 1/9. Potatoes.— Market well supplied, and prices easier. Best sorts 39/ to 42/6. Chaff. — Moderate enquiry. Prime oaten sheaf is worth 62/6 to 65/Daiet Pboduck. — Butter : Market overstocked. Large quantities have been placed in cool chamber m order to maintain prices. Dairy is worth Bd. ; Separ* ator lOd. Cheese ; Pair enquiry. Factory made 4|d. -, good datrj made 4d. Hams and Bacon;— Good enquiry at 6§d. to Bd. Egos.— Values are lower. Fresh 1/8 ; Limed are dull of sale at 1/3. Poultbt. — Slow of sale. Turkeys 7/6 Geese 5/6; Ducks 3/-; Fowls 2/6 per pair.
