LATER PARTICULARS.
(Received April 30, 10.15 a.m.) Paris, April 29. M. Loubefc declares that prior to the explosion at M. Very's restaurant the latter was warned of the impending outrage. At the residence of the Judge who heard the charges against the Anarchists, the guard has been increased. He also says that although the police have been doubled they were quite helpless against such snddenness as attended the outrage. Even the Government was powerless as everything had been done with incomprehensible coolness. The only resource was to make further arrests. Many residents in Pans are asking for police protection. An attempt was made, without success, to dynamite the Town Hall at Dijon. Berlin, April 29 The local press continue to ridicule the verdicts of the French Judges, and assert the country is going down hill. Some, April 29. Three hundred Anarchists have been arrested in Northern Italy. The Government has dissolved twentytwo Anarchist workmen's societies in various parts of the country. Bombs were exploded m various places without effect. At Taenza seyen arrests were effected and at Rome three, Madrid, April 29. Many arrests have been made at Barcelona. A quantity of arms and an Anarchist manifesto were seized. Sofia, April 29. The Bustchnck bombs were furnished with electrical appliances.
