Ten were nominated and on the result of the ballot being declared, the undermentioned seven were elected :- Messrs Freeman, Pnngle, Sanders, Paulson, Eichard James, Kilford, and Gallachin. Mr Sanders being elected chairman for the evening the balance sheet was read and the receipts of the jear were £72 6s sd, and expenses, £67 2s 5d leayin? a balance m hand ot £5 4b on March 31st. The average attendance at the echoed were as follows :—lst quarter, 156; number on roll. 212.
