The Journal Pere Feinard has been seized on account of articles appearing in sympathy with Anaichists. The police have seized numerous papers in the lodgings occupied by alleged Anarchists which disclose a plot to dynamite the public offices, including those occupied by the Mayor, Commissnriat, and also the church in Argentenil. Thirty thousand copies of violent placards inciting to revolt on May Day were also seized. Chbistiana, April 23. Moorsund, leader of the Norweginn Radicals, has committed suicide within the precincts of Parliament House.
