BELK AND PARK'S PATENT.

TO THB EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir, — I see in your paper an advertisement, Belkand Parr's patent of an in- > vention for constructing four-wheeled vehicles so that they can be driven round sharp corners safely, and they claim to be 1 the inventors and only of a recent dateLet me tell them that it is a very old in' vention. I had it working myself many years ago, and I think 1 can proye tha* it was in Noah's Ark to their satisfaction if they wish it. I ordered a buggy some time ago from Saywell Bros with this so called invention. It 13 curious they never mentioned their invention until my buggy was half made and people were talking about it. I am, etc., •J. Bautholomew.
