The Fire Brigades' Demonstration wasp continued to-day. The weather was wet,, but 600 people attended. The following are the results : —
Ladder Rescue ; two men. — Foreman Morrison and Branchman Mitchell (Gisborne), 20secs, 1 ; Foreman Campbell and Fireman Harrison (Marton) 215ec8,,2;. Branchman Fraser and Fireman Condom (Christchurch City) 23 4-sth sec, 3.
Manual engine ; dry; two men.—Foreman W. Weakes and Branchman Compton (Ashburton) 33secs, 1 ; Foreman Strachan and Fireman Campbell (Timaru) 39 4-sth sees, 2; Foreman Hosking and Fireman Gordon (Palm erst on North), 41 l-sth sees, 3.
Hose and Hydrant; 5 men. — Naseby, 56 2-ath sees, 1; South Dunedin, 60secs, 2 ; Wanganui. 61f sees. 3.

In the Two-men Manual Feilding wasfifth, there being one second difference between our team and three others for second place. The arrangements and the* weather are bad. The team will be horne 1 on Monday.
