The Eketahuna Murder
— *. Lper press association.] Wellington, March 10. The evidence in the Eketahuna murder case has concluded. After his Honor had summed up the jury retired at 4.5 p.m., and as they could not agree were locked up at 10 o'clock for the night. This Day. Ihe jury in the Ekotahuna murder case returned to Court this morning still unable to agree, and were discharged. A new trial was ordered for Tuesday.
