Sargood and the Hons Davis, Ham and Praser, the members of the Ministry in the Legislative Council, resign with Mr Munro, as they oppose the " one man one vote " principle, which is t3 be the chief plank in the platform of the reconstructed Ministry at the general election. Brisbane, January 13. A tragic termination to a wedding took place at Dalby. A portion of the party were returning home, when they were struck by lightning. The brother of the bride was killed, and the others were badily injured.
