He was seen at half-past nine last night by his daughter, who found him dead in bed at seven this morning. He was 60 years of age. The cause of death is supposed to be heart disease. Wellington, November 30. The criminal sittings of the Supreme Court opened this morning, the charges being of a very ordinary character.
