A new departure has ÜBen taken by Messrs Kirkcaldie and Stains, of Wellington, who invite co-operation with immediate and assured bonus, also a liberal participation of profits. How all these benefits are to be obtained may be gathered from a careful perusal of the adyertisement which appears elsewhere. In Mr Brent's establishment there is now on view a very handsome cheflonier for a recess,- made of figured nmu, polished. It is a very nice piece of furniture and is in the best possible taste. Mr Brent is doing good work in covering furniture, etc., in crotonnes and tapestry, as he has tho services of a first- class upholsterer. A replace adyertisement la published to-day. Importation of boots and shoes at|the Red Housp, Kimbolton road, Feilding, Ex ss. Kaikoura from London. S. J. Thompson has pleasure in announcing the arrival of three cases of Boots and Shoes from a celebrated manufacturer in Liecester, England. This shipment comprises some of the very nicest goods that can be made from leather and will be opened in a couple of days. Inspection invited.— Adyt.
