...... f _ The Manchester Eifles paraded last night, Lieuts. Kirton and Bray in command. Sergt.-Majov Maeniillan was also present, and produced the specimen of the new Kharkee uniform. On the unanimous vote of the company it was decided that it be adopted, provided always that each member earns the capitation this year. Any deficiency will be supplemented from the funds of the corps. Habitual absentees will be struck off the roll at the end of the year. After the usual amount of work had been done, before dismissing the men, Lieut. Kirton said that the parades in November would be held as daylight parades. .
