Lubeck, which armed to*d»y from Samoa, reports tbofc no tidings have been received of Ihe German schooner Uvea, which left Samoa on July 25th forQuiros, and she is believed to have been lost. Owing to the death of his mother, Mr Dibbs has not been able to complete the task of forming a Ministry, and at an A3* sembly meeting to day, it was agreed to adjourn until Monday next.
