New Plymouth, September 11. The younti man named Bell working at Rahotu, who has been missing for two days turned up this morning He re* ports being thrown from his horse on the beach on Wednesday and remembers nothing until he found himself at sea on a log. He remainded on the log till it floated near land and then swam ashore.
