|PHR UNITED TBKSS ASSOCIATION. | Valpakaiso, Septembers. The Junta legalises the notes issued b President Bahnaceda, but confiscates the bank accounts of the Loyalists in order to meet such notes. The insurgent army is being disbanded, and the censorship established over the telegraphic messages is being removed. The whole country is tranquil. The Chilian coinage was the cause of President Balrflaceda's downfall. September 6. ( The English warship at Valparaiso has been threatened by the Congressioualists. \
