1 PEE UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION. 1 (HBIBTCHUBCH, August 27The Industrial Association has decided to request the Premier to move Parliament to institute a seur ching inquiry into tbe allegations in the memorandum of the Railway Commissioners respecting locomotive boilers. Wellington, August 28. Tapper has been released by the Chief Justice and Judge Richmond, upon the grounds that the warrant was improperly drawn up and bad in law.
