At a banquet .at Moscow, Admiral ' Gervais, of the French fleet, in replying to the toast of his health, said, taught by misfortune, France was 'collecting her. forces, and had strong possession of the Czar's friendship. The Muscovites kissed the Admiral's hands, and Eussian officers carried him shoulder high. The French fleet has left for Portsmouth.
