Lincolnshire, has been saspended for a fortnight f or writing insulting letters to the .Speaker of the House of Commons and accusing lain of altering the terms of his questions. Paris, July 28. Further details of the railway accident at St. Mande shows that the first train was delayed and the second passed into it at full speed. St. Maude station was crowded with excursionists, and the accident took place in full view, and they cad to look on at the frightful calamity, powerless to assist. Twenty calcined bodies have been recovered from the ruins. It is stated that Vincennes had been warned by danger signals that the line was blocked, bat it is alleged the signals were wickedly changed, and the Westinghouse brake-tubing of the trains tampered with. Lisbon, July 28. v An armed boat's crew belonging to the President Errarugia, a Chilian cruiser, which has just been released by the French Government, pursued the Portuguese police boat here for preventing the men embarking and a fight was narrowly averted. The Chilian Commander afterwards apologised, but not till all the Portuguese warships in the harbor had cleared for action. St. PKTKttsBUBG, July 28. The Czar and Czarina gave a state banquet to the officers of the French fleet at Petehoff. At midnight a band of Russian soldiers wantonly fired the Jewish hamlet at Riele. Fourteen of the inhabitants were burned to death and twenty badly injured. The. Jews in their desperation attacked the soldiers and killed several of them. Teheran, July 28. The girl Greenfield assured the British Consul she had been converted to Islamism and followed her husband. She refused to return of her own free will. Colombo, July 28. Mrs Pickatt, an Australian lady, who was converted to Budhism, committed suicide. In accordance with her will her remains were publicly cremated in the presence of seyen thousand Budhists.
