The Junior Cup match Feilding v. Hunterville came off at Marton on Saturday, and resulted in a v/in for tbe former by nine points so three. Feilding had considerably the best of the first spell and Watts scored two tries, neither of which were converted, although Bellve made splendid attempts from difficult angles. The second spell was very evenly contested. The Hunterville forwards made some splendid rushes, and nearly scored on several occasions. T. Troy, by a good ran, scored a try for Hunterville and Clrabbin converted. Watts, by two splendid runs, scored two more tries for Feilding, one of which Henry converted. I Hodges also scored a try, which Bellve converted. The best players on the Hunterville side were Bull, Troy (2), Chubbin and Simpson, while Oldham (2), Hodges, and Aitken forwards, and Watts, Fanthorpe and Henry backs, played best for Feilding. The Junior Cup match between Bulls and Palmerston, played at Bulls on Saturday last, resulted in a win for the latter by 5 points (a goal and a try) to nil. The following are the relative positions of the teams competing for the Junior Cup :—

Keightlev ; ■emergencies] Oldham, Campbell, and Watts. The brako will leave at 12. r0 sharp and all the phi vers who intend going in it are requested to leave their names at Bellve"'s before Thursday.
