Feilding R.M. Court

Monday, July 20th, 1891. (Before Messrs Sherwill and Kirton, J.P.s) George Noble and William Lowe were charged with using insulting language and throwing stones at two young ladies who were passing down Manchester street on Sunday the 12th instant. The charge against Noble was withdrawn and the name of Mines substituted. The evidence produced was insufficient to secure a conviction, and. the case was dismissed, ' but the Bench warned Noble to be careful ror if he was brought up again the highest penalty would be inflicted.
