Mr and Mrs J. W. Foley.
Our readers should not forget to go and see and bear the abore renowned entertainers, who will open a short season in the Assembly Rooms to-morrow night assisted by Mr P. W. Horton. Concerning their entertainment we give the following extracts: — " For, two solid hoars Mr Foley kept his audience in roars by hi? comical impersonations, at times the laughter and applause being deafening." — Evening Press. " The changes of costume were effected with lightninglike rapidity, and Mr Foley fairly astonished his patrons by the mar* vellous celerity with which he doffed one set of clothes nnd donned another. His mimicry was wonderfully clever, and he frequently sent the audience into convui* sions with his eccentric doings and sayincs." — Evening Post. " Mr and Mrs Foley gave one of their laughabie entertainments last night before a crowded and enthusiastic audience. They gave the best performance of this class we have ever seen in Brisbane."— Queensland paper. " Mr Foley appeared for the first time this week at* the Exchange Hall to a packed house, an-i such is the popularity his entertainment gamed K that a similarly large audience has welcomed his appear* ance each evening throughout the week;'" — Catholic Times. :
