Free Pardon to Walter Tricker
■o- ■ The case of Walter Tricker, of Bulls, who was wrongfully convicted of murder in the Rangitikei district some 20 years ago, having been fully considered, the Executive granted him a free pardon ou Tuesday morning. It will '6 remembered that Tricker was released with a conditional pardon many years ago, but not having been entirely cleared of the charge, he has been precluded hitherto from the rights of citizenship. By ihe full pardon accorded him Mr Tricker will now be restored to ail his rights uad privileges appeitaiuiug to a citizen,.
