« Mrs Ross advertises for a good general servant. Fresh oysters to-day at the Shamrock store, Fergusson street. Entries for Mr Trimble's sale on Saturday are published to-day. Miss Stewart advertises for improvers and apprentices to the dressmaking. Timber rales of Mr John Bartholomew and the Manawatu Timber Company are published to day. Messrs J. C. Morey and Co. have a big display of dress materials and fancy goods at the Bon Marche,. Tenders for the erection of additions to the Bank of Australasia will close on Saturday next. Entries for Messrs Freeman E. Jackson and Co.'s Palmerston sale on the 16th inst., are published to-day.
