STEVENS & GORTWS STOCK BEPOBT. Bulls, July 6. Since our last report we have held sales at Mar ton, Palmerston and Sanson. Con sidering the time of year, cattle and sheep came forward in good numbers, and were quitted at nearly average figures at each, place. We quote^-^^^ttJi^E^^llllocks; £6; fat cows, £3 10s to £4 oV'Wneifers, £3 7s 6d to £4; 3 and 4-year bullocks, £4 to £4 10s; 2£-year steers, £2 10s to US ss; dry cows, £2 10s to £3; cows and calves, £2 15s; mixed yearnings, 30s; weaners, 255; milch cows at profit, £4 to £6 15s. Sheep—Fat wethers, los to 15s 6d; fat ewes, 13s Id; store wethers, 13s to 14s; woolly hoggets up to 11s, shorn hoggets, to 10s, ewes m lamb (brisk demand), 12s to 15s 3d. Medium hacks in poor demand. We quitted nearly all the draught horses which came forward, this class being in request "at present.
