There was a good demand, but prices irregular, •which'ranged from 16s to 18a tho 1001 b for ox beef. No cows or heifers were yarded. J Fat' sheep, in' few numbers, vrete well 'competed' for at 3d per pound fOT v wetherß, |k"arid'2£d- I''to 3|d for ewes. Pigs were chiefly coarse stores, and porkers were rather easier, .than last week; baconera, however, commanded a ready sale.-
