In the action Penglaze v. the Bank of New Zealand, tried in March last, when the Judge refused to admit evidence ten dered by the Bank to prove certain deeds lodged as security, and gave judgment for the plaintiff for £10,000 to be reduced to Is when the deeds were delivered over, the Bank appealed to a full Court.
