The property owners in Palmerston North are now reaping the benefits of their continued and persistent efforts to promote the best interests of that town. They have spared neither trouble nor expense, to obtain that end and to attract population of the best class, and the gratifying result -is,; that since the publication of tbe results of the census, the value of landed property bas advanced twenty-five per cent. No better- proof can be given oi the prosperity of Palmerston North.
