Worsfold was elected Secretary and Treasurer on the motion of Mr Curtis, seconded by Mr Morey. The Chan-man and Mesrrs Worsfold, • Shearer and Watts were authorised to meet to-night (I'uesday) to address and prepare the prizes, and also to fix a date oniwhicl the presentation of the same to scholars will be iaade. .
