Entries for Messrs Stevnns and Gorton's sale at Feilding on Thursday the 30th inst. are published to-day. Messrs Pascoe and Go. the well-known brewers of Palmerston North, have a new advertisement in to-day. The Town Clerk, Mr G. '0. Hill, pub lishes elsewhere the official results of the polling yesterday for the Licensing Oomnnttee ami Local option. Mr E. Martin, tailor, has just received some very excellent cloths and tweeds, particulars of which will be given in a replace advertisement in our next issue. The Eeturmug Officer, Mr Sherwill gives notice that Mr James Purkiss has been elected for No 2 and Mr G- Wheeler for No. 3 subdivisions of the Manchester Road District. Notice is given by Mr E. Goodbehere, Returning Officer for the Kiwitea .Road Board, anent the annual elections of mem bora to represent the wards enumerated in the advertisement. Notices in connection with the Kiwi tea Triennial Li con sing Committee are published to -day by Mr Goodbehere, the Returning Officer.
