The Utopia Disaster
(PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Gibealteb, March 26. The Marine Court which held the enquiry into the circumstances connected with the collision between the s.b. Utopia and H.MS. An son, found that the cap* tain of the former vessel had committed a grave error of j udgment, but. returned his certificate. The charge of manslaughter which was preferred ajzamst the captain of the Utopia has been withdrawn.
