After a little discussion Messrs Henry, Saywell and Bray were appointed. Proposed by Mr Halcombe, seconded by Mr; Keightly, That the annual subscription be fixed at 5s. — Carried. The Captain, Mr R. Whisker, informed the meeting that owing to his business requirements he would not be able to attend to the practices as he would like to do, but he would do his best to forward the interests of the Club, and he considered the Deputy-Captain would aid him to the best of bis abilities. Mr Henry was willing to give a- trophy for the best all-round player in the second fifteen team for the season. Mr Henry also promised the same gift last year, but as only a few matches were played by the' seconds it was deemed inadvisable to allot the trophy to any particular player. This concluded the business.
