Mr O'Connor, the Postmaster-General, having entered an appearance in the case wherein an injunction was granted to the proprietors of a certain newspaper, whose passage through the . Post-Office had been stopped, a decision was .given in his fayour with costs. The Court held that the injunction had been obtained by the withholding of evidence of a material character, which, if known, would have j j prevented its issue even temporarily. The j i Court held it had no right to grant the J injunction if it would have the effect of controlling at discretion property vested in the Minister of the Crown.
