The Indian tribes who surrendered to -\ the Unise I States- troops^ have refused to give up .possession of their armies-, and it -is feared that an attempt to forcibly disarm them would cause bl( o lshedl - '. - Ottawa, January 10. The Indian outbreak in the United States has caused some excitement among the Canadian Indians,, who are purchasing arms and dancing the •• ghost dance."
