TO THE EDITOR OP THE STA*R» Sir, — As you have ceased to publish my weekly weather report, your readers will perhaps be interested to hear that the total rainfall for Feilding during the- * year 1890 was 32*56 inches, as against 29-84 for 1889. The average rainfall for the 8 years, 1883-90 (both inclusive), waa 37*46 inches, whereas the average for th& past three years was only 31*20. lam &c «» . Sami,.
