FOWLES IN REPLY, TO THK EDITOR OF fftE'STAll Sir,— ln answer to the letter of Mr* Potts in your issue of Tuesday last, I bag to state- that if there is any complaint to be made about my conduct as Warden, I shall expect it to be addressed to me privately as Warden, and signed by a major*' ity of the ratepayers in the Ruabine Ward in the first place.
