Stanley and Barttelot

London, November 12. .Major Barttelot's. father demands that Parliament should institute an inquiry into the charges brought against his son by Stanley and other members of the expedition. Mr J. R. Troup, who was also a member of the rear-guard, avows that Major Barttelot was terribly cruel, but his version of the cannibal feast completely explodes Mr Bouny's. November 13. Mr H. M. Stanley has handed to The Times the reports and log of his rear-guard. New York, November 13. Stanley delivered a lecture here last night, but the speaker was inaudible owing to constant interruptions. He was understood to say that other startling disclosures would shortly follow.
