Entertainment in St. John's Sunday School Room

The above gathering was held on Thursday night, when the members of the congregation was present. The proceedings were opened with the assistance of the oxhydrogen lime light, by which a series of views were exhibited. After this Mr Carry, superintendent of the Sunday school, gave>an account of the work done during the past twelve months. In the course of his address he urged upon those present to attend the bible class, and thus help the Sunday school teachers in their work of instructing the children. During the intervals several hymns were nicely ?ung by the children. The "Coat of Arms" was then shown, and an enjoyable evening was brought to a close with "Good Night."
