Also, that" it is the intention of this Board at a meeting to be held on SATURDAY, the 18th day oi October, under or by of the power or authority rested in it by the Boad Board's Act, 1882, or amendment thereof, to make or strike a General Rate of three farthings in the £ upon the rateable vaiue of the whole of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation roll of the Kiwitea Bead District in force for the year ending the 31st day of March, 1891, such rate to be payable in one sum on the Ist day of November, 1890.
