In concluding an article yesterday on the labor troubles it says, advising what should be done: — "Our object is to point out to the belligerents that when they get tired of war, they ought not to think of having recourse to anything so pitiful, so invertebrate, so wretched, as either House of Assembly, or Government, or Committee of Parliament. They must make up their minds, if they want to have peace on fair terms, to appeal to the arbitration of men in whose independent judgment they can have every confidence." This is ruggel but true.
