Railway Servants to be called out

The following telegram was sent by Secretary Railway Servants to Commissioners ; — " Executive Railway Union expresses regret at the action of the Department in compelling permanent men to take the place of casual wharf laborers. If the men are not withdrawn at once the Executive will not be responsible for the consequences."
