Richaeds & Co. have just to hand several varieties of the very earliest Potatoes, among which will be found the Chicago Market, Fidler's Victory, Giant King and the Brnce. This extraordinary Potatoe is now on sale for the first time in New Zealand, and with a limited quantity, should not be missed by gardeners. Full particulars can be had from Richards & CoIt will be seen by advertisement in another column that Mr J. J. Curtis, of Grey street, Wellington, draws the attention of the tradespeople and others to the advantage they will receive by having goods consigned to his care. Consignees at present suffer from delay in transit at Wellington, and the consequent expense of storage, which would be entirely avoided. Those wishing to send parcels or presents to Europe are- rsminded that he has a cheap prompt delivery by each of the direct steamers for London. Pur eels ro sent are delirered at the door of confignee, if instructed. It is also notis fied that he has special conveyance for the removal of furniture and luggage.
