A Good Record
In connection with the Salvation Army, Marshal Booth at a recent New York meeting is reported to have said:— We have now in the United States, 11,105 officers at 360 stations and forty-eight outposts. No less than 93,450 people attend our meetings every Sunday, and during the week the number reached 25,130, according to our records. Last month r there were 2,100 souls saved at our meetings and that is a fair monthly average. Three hundred and seventyfive halls and build ings are used for -our religious work throughout the United States, and our trained followers visit upwards of 5,324 homes every week."
