[ PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. I London, June 17The South of England made 163 in their first innings, while the Australians made 113, Blackham making 56. In their second innings the South of England have lost 8 wickets for 113 runs, Grace making 35. A good deal of rain fell, and the wicket was very slow. June 19. The second innings of the South of England closed for 121. The Australians could only put together 74, the Home team thus winning the match by 97 runs. Murdoch has asked Spoflbrth to join the team for- the remainder of the tour.
